Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in for a fill. Was in the middle of getting the nails done and they started texting. They stepped away and we had to wait for the other lady to finish the nails, who also stopped in the middle to text. Got a regular polish and the coat is completely see through. Came in for a fill. Was in the middle of getting the nails done and they started texting. They stepped away and we had to wait for the other lady to finish the nails, who also stopped in the middle to text. Got a regular polish and the coat is completely see through. Idk if that’s because of the polish itself but this was a horrible experience.

I’ve only ever gone here out of convenience or last minute mani-pedis since where I normally go is in Pasadena but I’ve been disappointed the past few times gone. I always expect the next time to be better but I always come out disappointed in one way or another.
