Tell me why I had to go home and file my own nails after getting them done here. I asked the tech to fix a nail twice and she did something but it didn’t change anything so eventually I just let it go and knew I’d have to do it myself. I also had bubbles coming up on the nail polish. Within 10 minutes of them being painted—not just a few but on most of my fingers. Will not be coming back.

Honestly one of the WORST places I’ve gotten my nails done. The people are nice don’t get me wrong, but there nails are horrible! There was glue all over my hands and she cut them too short when i asked for a longer shape. She put the wrong color on and refused to change it. Will not be going back!!

After 17 years of faithful patronage I had to make the HARDEST DECISION to sever ties last week with my nail technician and salon for feeling disrespected and unappreciated. In the past I have enjoyed it being my home nail salon, receiving quality care and service. However, I am now in search of a more welcoming salon that I don’t have to go into stealth mode or covert operation just to book an appointment. I never thought I would have to leave under these circumstances, however, I’m glad I choose to leave rather than being asked not to return.
