Came to do my hair for the very first time. Got a keratin treatment. Was charged $50 deposit when making appointment then charged $400 after treatment was done was told to not wash hair for about a week as soon as I washed my hair the keratin treatment was gone my hair was frizzy they did not want to give me my money back nor at least half the money they didn’t want to send the product either they offered to redo my hair I said no because I live very far away and they didn’t do anything else to try to please their customer not happy with the outcome.
