I have a lot of strong opinions, but feel that everyone should make them for themselves.HOWEVER, I just walked out of a facial at Nuface and my opinion needs to be shared with the world. That was – without a doubt – the most professional, effective, relaxing, and enjoyable facial I’ve ever had. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but Ela herself was unbelievably kind and and caring. I called this morning and she squeezed me in at the end of the day – even thought it meant us running later than the standard business hours.She was incredible to talk to, knowledgeable about everything, and genuinely seemed to care about my skin care concerns.My skin has never felt better, despite it being imperfect.I walked out of there with 3 new products and a lot more faith in the future of my skin.Honestly, just stop reading this review and go book an appointment. Positive: QualityI had my first hydrafacial appointment with Ela; It was a great experience as she is very experienced. She did a wonderful job on the hydrafacial, she explained everything in detail, and she made me feel pampered and relaxed during my visit. The studio is super clean and Ela had a lot of sanitizing protocols in place – I definitely felt safer going to her private studio than a crowded spa. I had a great experience with Ela! This was my first time seeing her and my first time receiving a hydrafacial. She did a wonderful job on the hydrafacial, she explained everything in detail, and she made me feel pampered and relaxed during my visit. She was very responsive to messages and got me in the same day. She was super knowledgeable and thorough with her service, I learned a lot from her on different acids and what you should do on your end on top of facials to keep your skin healthy and glowing. It was my first time having HydraFacial, after a few days of research I’ve decided to have it done by Ela, she was so flexible on her schedule and it is important for me since I work 9 to 5 shifts. She was very responsive to messages and got me in the same day. She was super knowledgeable and thorough with her service, I learned a lot from her on different acids and what you should do on your end on top of facials to keep your skin healthy and glowing. After 3 years of battling ingrown hair, irritation, inflammation, and the depressed feelings that accompany bad skin, getting treatment and hydrofacials from Ela has been a Godsend. My beard grew back healthy and full, my skin cleared and softened, and my confidence went back to the level I’d been accustom. Ela explains in great detail every product and procedure used during treatment in a way that is educational and relaxing at the same time.
