I really loved here at first. I haven’t been tanning since college and I needed a weeks worth of tanning (7 days) before a wedding. I asked the 2 very nice girls many questions about which bed I should get and what lotion. It was important to me that this package meant you did not have to come consistently. I was going out of town for 2 days so I was spreading out my package. I went in today to find out its my last day because it did end up needing to be consistent. I was not offered those two days back by the manager, or even a refund for those two days since I was told the wrong info. Instead I would have to pay her $10 more. I get everyone makes mistakes because I have been in retail, but I shouldn’t have to miss 2 days because I did not get a clear answer. It is a letdown because the girls there are very welcoming. Sad to see this, not worth a fight over 2 days of tanning.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and the place is spotless and always sanitary. I use one of the lay down beds, always have, but it looks like they also have every kind of tanning as well as all the extra bells and whistles. I drive 35 minutes to go tanning here & it’s the best decision I’ve made! The salon is really clean, everyone is always friendly & smiling (even with masks on lol). The beds/rooms are clean, up to date, plenty of tanning beds/rooms, options to chose from regarding if you want a month/week/whatever. The price is great compared to other places. Where i went before, i paid $50 more than i do now & would always get rashes after tanning, been coming to Nuevo Sol Tanning for a while now and have yet to get a rash! It’s well worth the 35 minute drive!!
