There is no system on how clients are seen. The person running the business picks and chooses who goes first. It doesn’t matter if you showed up before another client who also doesn’t have an appointment they do not honor it. I will say if you have an appointment with them you will be seen at your time. Overall I was not given an opportunity to get a haircut. I was not offered an apology for choosing another client over me. Overall this salon is catered to their current clientele and not friendly to new.

Didn’t get my hair as expect .i showed a picture as how i wanted it she basically said it wasn’t possible and my hair tips got damaged because of their bleach and she had to cut my hair i said a little cut i didn’t want short hair my hair was almost cut half way. When i said not too she was nice but not what i expected for my hair my hair is now damaged .(4 hours) i said i liked what she did because she was nice but i didn’t want to make her feel bad. Paid $180 and left tip

Just went there for the first time today and I love it! They treat you very nice. Give you great advice on how to keep your hair. Do an excellent job at cutting your hair. I had long hair and changed to short, and she even wanted to make sure if I was ok with such drastic change. That shows that the hairstylist really cares. And was also teaching one of her partners and loved that she sounded professional. Will definitely come back!

I was new in town and googled hair cutting salons when i read the reviews for Nuevo look. Based on the reviews I called in and asked if Luisa(the owner) could do my hair. She told me that she is booked for the day and will give me best possible she can. When I reached there she took care of me herself by squeezing me in her schedule. She was nice, polite and listened to what I had in mind. I could see it she was busy but she did not rush on my hair. She took her time. Overall I am pretty happy with my hair.

Nuevo Look Salon is the only place my son & I get our hair done at. The salon owner (Luisa) and the other stylists all work as a team to satisfy every client. Any time I have wanted a color change for my hair, the stylist always shows me different colors that will work for my skin tone and cuts that will also look good. The prices, quality, & service are all great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Every time I go to Nuevo Look Salon I come out feeling like a celebrity. The staff is always fun and welcoming. They are all very knowledgable and take such care in making sure every client is happy with their hair. I love the consultation because they really take the time to understand what your vision is and are happy to explain the process. I just went from a summer blone color with highlights to an auburn red that i LOVE!!! So excited for my new color. I love this salon.

My son’s hair was a long mess, and we were going to a wedding so I suggested Supercuts. He said it’s rated 2 stars, and suggested Nuevo Look since it’s rated 5 stars. Wow, his hair looks amazing. It’s worth $30, but was only $13. Excellent!

Went to Nuevo Look Salon today for a hair cut, shampoo and style. The staff was super friendly and my hair looked and smelled soo great!! I will definitely be going back to get my hair highlighted in a few weeks.
