When you call to make an appointment, it i a rarity that anyone answers. It goes to a full mailbox. When they do answer the phone, it sounds like you are bothering them. I have scheduled two appointments with them. The first time it was on a Sat. When I arrive the door was locked. Finally someone came to the door and I was told that they didn’t have me down and told me to come back in 30 minutes. The second time I had an appointment at 4 on a Saturday and I went to it early, and they had a note on the door that there was an emergency to call back to reschedule. Needless to say, I will not be back and would rather drive 20 minutes to Ballantyne to Nue. They are much more professional, and call you to remind you of your appointments.
