Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was referred to Nubian Sereniity for massage therapy for the large wound-up knot that was disguising itself as my BODY. Lol This was my first visit to someone completely new (I had not had a full body massage in a few years, unfortunately), so naturally I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was hoping the name of the business would be a strong indicator.Indeed it was “serene” experience! I went for a 90-minute session since I knew it would take time to wear down those stubborn knots in my upper back and neck. Mr. Greg did his thing! Created a safe and comfortable space (massage therapy can be a vulnerable experience too!) while maintaining the utmost professionalism. I appreciated how he proactively explained everything he was doing and why ensuring my safety and comfortability. He also provided additional relaxation tips and stretches to do in between appointments when possible. All without being too “chatty” during the session.I also appreciate that he has multiple locations to serve the community, although I don’t mind a little drive if it means quality service! Overall the session was great and I definitely plan to return. Lol This was my first visit to someone completely new (I had not had a full body massage in a few years, unfortunately), so naturally I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was hoping the name of the business would be a strong indicator.
