I visit NuAge for laser hair removal. Lisa’s process is highly affective and reasonably priced. Phyllis at the reception desk is polite and gives a courtesy reminder call a day or two before the appointment. Definitely recommend this office for permanent hair removal!

I had initially said I wouldn’t write a negative review but after talking to 3 other board certified surgeons and based on my previous experience with recieving Botox I feel it’s important to let others know what to expect when getting Botox from this place! #1 receptionist & Dr are both very friendly and they are great and have great customer service! Moving on to the R.N. Lisa. Upon walking in she asked me what product I had been receiving from my previous skin care provider. I told her BOTOX. She said No, it’s all Botox and there are different brands. I said I was told I was given the brand Botox!! She once again said that’s not true. (Lies because I called my previous D.r. and 3 other board certified plastic surgeons that offer Botox and the confirmed it’s not true) She then began to sell me on allergan (which is the parent company of Botox brand. ) Moving on to the actual injection the needle was big much larger than my previous experiences and yes it HURT! Still in my head no big deal as long as the product works it’s fine. Well the product doesn’t work !!! Also she told me she wasn’t making any money off of this (rolling my eyes) .. my typical experience with Botox from my previous skin care provider would be to walk out with a lumpy forehead and within a couple hours everything is starting to freeze, I typically get a little nausea unfortunately, but always happy with the outcome and next day swelling is gone. I had none of those symptoms and every area she treated still moves exactly as it did before I went in.. MIND YOU I HAD BOTOX 3 MONTHS AGO AND IT STILL HASN’T COMPLETELY WORN OFF! Which was the point of going to Lisa. To get that touch up so it doesn’t! I paid her 180 for absolutely nothing! It’s one thing to need a small touch up in one area but everywhere Lisa treated me needs to be re done! This lady is a sales person with a big personality that will tell you repeatedly how good she is at doing Botox and she’s been doing it for 14 years and all the return clients she has! If you have had actual Botox brand before you will see the difference. I honestly think the allergan is watered down so bad it doesn’t work well. That’s my opinion !! But I wanted to share with others my experience! Oh she did offer a touch up but I have absolutely no interest in returning here! It’s almost a 2 hour drive and after basicu throwing 180.00 down the drain. No thanks! I would have never switched D.R.s if my original skin care provider hadn’t been out of town so often who h is what led me here. Big mistake. If wanting Botox go somewhere else. Can’t say about their other products or services.
