Katherine Loose is fantastic! She has been my go to girl in Charlottesville for the last three years after I moved here from New York and originally had gone back there for treatments because I was so nervous trying somebody new. Great experience at Nua for laser hair removal. My consult was quick, and the process was explained thoroughly. The appointments for the treatment itself are very quick. The front desk staff is always kind and accommodating. I’ve had to reschedule two appointments and there was never any issue.
