I wasn’t going to go into detail about my one star review about my experience with Terri a.k.a HOPE STREID by her personal FB page, until I got her long-winded message with more polite insults. I don’t understand why she didn’t respond on her business FB to my one star, other than she didn’t want people to know. As she was cutting my hair, she complained about me leaving product in my hair and how I was dulling out her scissors and it was going to cost her $30 to have them sharpened and that was how she made her living, with this being said she said it for all to hear, as if I didn’t wash my hair clean enough. FYI Terri the last product that was in my hair was hair dye had I not rinsed it out completely I am sure my hair would have started falling out and also I do not use their conditioner because my hair is already too soft and I have to use gel to even style it. The reason I wash my own hair before coming to your shop is because I wait over 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. On my first visit to you I explained to you that my husband suffers from Parkinson’s with dementia so my time away from him is limited. I asked you from the first time I made my first appointment if it was okay if I used another station to style my own hair as I could not afford the $32 for you to style it and you at the time had said no problem. But since I gave you one star you wanted to say in your message to me that it was not a good image for your salon and you were concerned for your sanitation, SMH. The whole two clients that you had in your shop when I was doing my hair did not seem to have a problem with me and my unsanitary blow dryer and curling brush and gel. As I was styling my own hair I was in tears because of your insults and the stylist that works next to you, asked me what was wrong and I told her I didn’t think you liked me and she asked me if I wanted to talk to you and I said no because then you would not want to cut my hair again, but after that day I decided I deserved better and that is why I left one star.and yes it was Christmas and I said Merry Christmas and I loved my haircut. Why should I make other clients and your employees feel as uncomfortable as you made me.

Critical: QualityI made an appt with a woman when I arrive that woman wasnt there. So someone else took care of me. I went in with pictures of exactly what i wanted and the only thing they would do is trim the ends. They practically rushed me put the door. Never going there again and never recommending them to anyone.

The lady that did my hair is in the first chair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and my hair looks nothing like the picture. Butchered my hair completely. So disappointed and will NOT be going back. It wasn’t even a hard cut. Would give this place negative stars if I had the option. 🙁

The staff is excellent, especially Nancy! They do it right the first time and are very friendly. My only criticizism was having to wait 30 min past our appoitment. This is understandable though as sometimes your appt may run long so just be patient as you will get excellent service!
