I just left this place, I only went due to it being 4 stars. When I arrived there was NO ONE in the shop getting service and no one xane the entire time. The lady who did my nails had a very bad energy but I sat to get them done, everything went fine until I told her I did not like the design due ( a design that I showed her off Google from their shop) to her using a different color. She proceeded to scream at me saying “why didn’t u say anything ” I told her I am saying something, I told her I wanted the exact same design but she did what she wanted to do and got mad when I didn’t like it, she continued to argue with me until I said I am the paying customer why must all you nail shop get upset when we speak up for a service we are paying for. She got silent until the very end my nails were done and she decided to go over my nails twice with the drill shaving away the fresh paint. After the 2nd time I ask her to stop due it taking to much time and the drilling should have been done before the paint. She again started screaming about her knowing what she was doing etc I pulled out my phone n said let me get a pic for Google and she got scared and said ur trying to kill our business you don’t have to pay just leave leave. I said ok and left. She was wrong for wanting to argue with a customer, then made me leave without paying..her lost and I will never return with that type of service.

Don’t go here! Worst service ever. I came to get my feet done and because I wasn’t getting a full pedicure, just color change with gel they told me to come back later and took two people that came in behind me. I believe in first come first serve and this was just unacceptable and disrespectful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would!!! I got a fill (gel)… before anyone started working on my nails and before I even picked a color I showed them a few different designs and asked if they can do any of them and was told yes. Not only did I receive attitude for what reason I’m not sure but when they couldn’t do the designs and I asked them to remove their design that was NOTHING like what I showed them and very sloppy the lady was so upset that she never put a clear coat on any of my nails and the two nails on each hand that did have the design was left very sticky and messy! The nail polish on all nails we’re pretty thick and clumpy rather than smooth like gel nails. Also I definitely noticed no one wanted to interact or talk with me until it was time to pay! Definitely could have done a better job with my nails, the polish wasn’t even applied properly and the shape was uneven but the nail tech was friendly and overall my nails were okay but not the best.

The are ok but overpriced for the quality of service. I think the nail techs need more training to expand their skills and techniques. Not very many styles to pick from. I enjoyed going here for sometime now and everyone seems to be very friendly. However, I’ve noticed one or two nails kept breaking after one month. Pedicure is good depending on the tech. Don’t get lashes unless you want thiiiiiiiick lashes and burning eyes. Will not be returning.

The only reason I’m giving them a 4 star is because I was never handed a computer to put my services that I received to add up towards my next visit. I love this place! Clean, professional and the wait isn’t long. I will be looking for my points when I go there Thursday. Cindy is my girl that will make you feel like a STAR.
