Critical: QualityI got my nails done today by Hoa and it looks really bad – it’s uneven and bulky. Called ahead for a 2pm appointment. Showed up at 1:35ish. No big deal since I got their early I knew I would wait. Mind you this is my first time ever coming here. Well I got a hi you have a appointment with someone. I told her I called ahead an I was willing to have anyone do my nails. I’m waiting (mind you it did not look like I was getting in at 2pm). I don’t know who puts fresh flowers near the waiting chairs but I got stung by a bee. I slapped it an was holding my chest area where I got stung for 5 to 10mins. NOT one person said anything to me , not even ask if I was okay or what happened. I walked up an left. How do you not acknowledge a person that is in pain. I’ll find somewhere else

Thank you for the team at Nu Nails & Spa. It was my 1st time (won’t be my last). I was a walk-in, was greeted immediately, showed how to check-in, wasn’t waiting more than 1min before I was taken to the pedicure station. Very lovely woman brought me the nails and spa options, we had lovely conversation. Then I was directly to the Manicure station. Young woman was great, she kept asking me all the proper questions to make sure I was I was getting the manicure I wanted. I am happy with results and will be going back.

They do so well even when you have a picture of your design they will do it as close as possible. The employees make you feel very comfortable. Sometimes it’s really busy. But I recommend this place for men and woman.
