I really wanted to like this place, there were so many good reviews. My experience however was nothing to be happy about. I was laughed at for everything. Was laughed at for how short I wanted my nails, laughed at for trying to decide a color, laughed at for asking for a shape, laughed at for asking for minimal touch ups, laughed at for needing to keep asking to lose the U shape.. I had asked for soft square super short tips and I ended up leaving with a U shape on each nail. I kept asking to get it fixed, even showed a picture and ended up just leaving extremely frustrated and U’s for nails. I understand I don’t do the “typical shapes” that people get now, but I only wanted them to be flat and not U shaped. Just an overall disappointing experience. The only thing that’s giving them the few stars is the amount of colors to choose from.

This is a great shop! I was never one for getting my nails done until I found this salon. This is my second time going back and because I loved it so much the first time I decided to get a more complicated design. I went in with one deisgn in mind and came out with something 10 times more gorgeous! I’ve only had these nails for a few hours and have already gotten a ton of compliments. Wonderful new salon. Clean, professional and friendly. I’ve been a customer of Twees for two years now. So happy to see shes opened her own place. Everything is brand new and beautiful. The pedicure chairs are top of the line as are the nail stations. (The little girls pedicure chair is adorable!) Good nail tecs are hard to find. I couldn’t be any happier with Twee and her excellent staff. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed! ( The new polish colors are awesome!)

So it’s a nice environment but the mom messed up my nails and feet she just kept doing it over this is my concern how do you expect someone to pay the full amount and messed up your nails that’s like going to Burger King and they messed up your order you gonna get new food right away I don’t like that I been coming here for months then I call on Friday and this guy was disrespectful I will never come here again

I hardly ever leave reviews but I can’t even express how amazing this place is! For the past few years, I had lived in Chi and explored many nail places but never found one where the acrylics wouldn’t fall off after a couple weeks (sometimes they wouldn’t even last a week) since I have a chronic habit of biting my nails/experienced brittle nails as a result.
