Got a dip manicure and it feels and looks like my fingers were dipped in superglue. The nail tech was sloppy and rushed and got base coat all over my cuticles and fingertips. She also used trimmers on me that were used previously and had the same gloves on for my manicure that she had on while giving someone a pedicure. Gross. Won’t be back.

Nails not painted correctly. Not straight. Chipped. Made my finger bleed. Went over cuticles. Cut edges off finger with file. And the lady talked to the staff the entire time and not me at all. Never returning except to try to fix this $50 mess on my hands. I never ever complain and this is my first time giving a review but man was this a bad experience.

I have used this place many times for pedicures and mostly, Nail dip. I always leave happy with my nails but they don’t usually cut them short enough. They tell me to return in 3 weeks but my nails usually break with in the first week. I have complained, they have tried to fix them but they still won’t last. Not sure what to do but to try someone else. Here is what they look like after 3 weeks. My only thought here of the several times I’ve had my nails done The first time they washed my hands after taking everything off all the other times and never wash my hands just started doing my nails I’m wondering if my nails weren’t clean enough when they did the dip. Just trying to figure it out.

Positive: Quality, ValueTony did my nails, I went a little after opening so nobody else was inside and he sat me immediately. He was very easy to chat with and my nails came out AMAZING. I would never return to this business. I made an appointment and they were 40 minutes delayed. The lady rushed doing dipping powder. Was extremely rough. The sticky powder is all over my hands as I’m leaving. They didn’t do gel top and charged $50.
