The staff is so nice and inviting from start to finish! I drove over an hour to see Ananda because she’s the absolute BEST! As soon as I got there, the staff welcomed me with water and asked of there was anything I needed.

I had the best experience at Nu med spa! Ananda is so incredibly talented! She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the newest and current techniques. She knew exactly what to do to make me look like the best version of myself as well as discussing a long term plan so I can continue getting the best results! I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and will definitely be returning. I’m 45 and I went in for 40 units of Xeomin, and I’d never done anything like that or treated my face to some self care and improvement. It’s 4 days later now and I can definitely see the lines on my forehead and in between my brows start to soften. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable and nice to be around, and didn’t try to push anything else on me. However I have since called back inquiring about IPL treatments and foresee returning when I’m sure for a Xeomin round and for other treatments as desired. A+ guys, thanks for everything!

I really like Nu Med Spa. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how they try to save you money and make sure you get your Alle points. That is what keeps customers coming back! The Perfect Peel and Hydrofacial are also wonderful. The Epionce products are also very good quality.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was impressed when I made the appointment except it turned out to be very unprofessional place. First they called several times to attempt to reschedule it since they were trying to fill openings, by the time I called back it was already taken so a waste of time. Then they called to reschedule to a later time the day of the original appointment. Every time I called back I got a voicemail that didn’t even sound right, not sure if it was a cell phone. At first I was very happy with Jared, then the day of my appointment after Labor Day which I spent in San Diego I drove there, the receptionist was ok you get the impression they smile at you while looking at you up and down, but whatever she said hi then asked if I had my ID which she kept while she put me in a room to fill out paperwork which was a ton of pages, mostly telling you all that can go wrong and how you cannot complaint about it. I’ve had fillers before and had never seen a place give you this, but whatever I guess that’s just business liability stuff. Then the injector walks in and introduces herself, I was confused, I specifically had asked for Dr. Adam to be the injector, even Jared said great choice. I told her and she looked annoyed and walked out of the room saying let me go find out why he isn’t here today. The receptionist comes in telling me he isn’t here on Tuesday’s, (like I’m supposed to know…) ok well I specifically asked for him, she replied well he isn’t here we are very sorry (did not look sorry at all) but Catherine is great, so do you wanna go ahead? To what I said no, I asked for him, I am under the impression I’m seeing him and if I was not I would have liked to be told ahead of time so I had the choice to reschedule without having driven here all the way from San Diego where I was having my Labor Day weekend vacation… she looked unamused and unapologetic even when she said oh I’m sorry about that, so do you wanna reschedule? I’m still shocked, hello did you hear what I just said? It’s unprofessional, suddenly Catherine barges back in the room with an attitude like if this is a fight and says sorry but I can hear you anyways, I’m like ok, how about I’m not talking about you and this doesn’t concern you I’m thinking how rude and now it seems to be sort of intimidating to have two people telling you how you should just have it done and not complaint. I told them nothing against either one of you just how would you feel, first time here and this happens. They are still looking at me stoned faced. They obviously don’t care. I was about to say fine let’s do it then Catherine said “you know I have a lot more experience than YOUR DOCTOR that you want” with a tone!! I couldn’t believe my ears. Hello that DOCTOR went to medical school and that’s why he is a doctor and if I prefer a doctor what is the problem it isn’t anything personal! I didn’t say that but that’s in my head… so I decided someone with that attitude cannot be trusted with my face. If they would have at least seemed like they felt bad about it I would have either gone with the procedure or reschedule, instead I asked for my paperwork back and never going back. Maybe the doctor is great, maybe he isn’t, I will never know, but his staff is for sure the worst! If I treated my patients that way, I would be out of business. Catherine with that demeanor to say “YOUR DOCTOR that you want” just showed a lot about your character, you might have skills, that can be taught to anyone, but attitude cannot and that honey you lack big time to treat people. They were very unprofessional and mistakes are expected we are all humans but never ignore how people handle their mistakes, it says a great deal about them.You may think well this is just about an scheduling issue, exactly if this how they react over something you are not even blaming them for, imagine when something goes wrong with the treatment how they will react?
