I went there when it was Green Massage. Annie was the best. I have rods in my back and she took away a lot of pain. Since they reopened under Nu Massage iv gone once. Not bad but nothing like Annie.

I went in for the massage, she had me pay up front . No problem, just different. So, I thought, do I leave a tip now or ………… ♀️ I went ahead and tipped in advance, no biggie. The place appeared to be clean, masseuse was nice. But there was not a consultation. We just go to the room and I undress. I tried to get under the sheet that was on table, She stops me and says no, on top. Hmmm this is different. Ok, so she uses a big towel as the cover. Whatever works I guess. Also instead of there being a pillow case on the face cradle, there were paper towels. It was very difficult keeping those things from ripping. When I move they move ♀️. She starts the massage, and it’s through the towel. Of course she ‘s gonna stop massaging me through the towel right? Wrong! Not on her own I asked if we can use oil. “Oh u want want oil?” Yes please that would be nice. Massage was more of a body rub and a very very gentle tapping at the end. I was disappointed. I was not impressed and will not return. It was not horrible but I didn’t enjoy it. Idk maybe you will.

I received a voucher for a massage via a gift. I called to schedule the appointment and whomever answered the phone did not identify the company nor was the person friendly or inviting. I had to ask was this “Green Massage” to which the person stated rather bluntly “yes, can I help you? after stating I would like to schedule an appointment and I had a few questions, the person again rather bluntly just stated “yes.” The interaction left a sour taste in my mouth! Business starts with the first customer interaction and she responded as if I was bothering her! I simply responded with thank you but never mind. Companies need to remember that with a good experience the person will tell 10 people, however with a bad experience they will tell 25. Guess I won’t be getting a massage there and will try to get the money back that was spent and use it at another massage company. First impressions leave a lasting one!
