Yesterday I had an appointment for color and braids. This is the second time I’ve been asked to purchase color w/out prior discussion. The first time she asked me to go out in the pouring rain to purchase color and I replied I can’t do that. This time I asked if this was her policy, and she literally had a melt down with her hands over her face. Nope ….. don’t do it. Other issues too but I’m going to be kind.
