I have been a customer since 2018 and Maria has always been professional. Tell her what you want and she will give you honest feedback. Ask her how long is the wait and she will tell you, so you can come back later in the day or another day if it’s really busy. 99% of the time she takes me quickly and I am out less than 2 hours. Some days when it’s slow (Monday’s) less than an hour. If something is wrong tell her and she will fix it. She did my 90 year old grand mother’s hair and it came out fabulous! She loved and most importantly Maria was gentle with her. This lady works hard and I love the fact that she serves all nationalities with respect and kindness.

It really haven’t been a great experience I went three times because I really needed my hair done the last visit I needed a perm and curls my hair wasn’t permed and curls lasted one day so I went and got a full refund

My experience started off well, but I was not happy with how it ended. When I asked to have my edges straighten I was told it was not possible because she could not do it with the flat iron. However, she did not try using the blow dryer or the curling iron, both of which would have sufficed. It was the lack of care, attention to this minute detail, and that there was no attempt to fix it that upset me. While this is something I am able to do, I paid for a full service and that is part of it. I, now, have to go back and do what I paid to have done. If the roots are not properly pressed the hairstyle will not last and it is a waste of money.
