Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLinda has cut my hair twice now and I am very happy with my haircut. After explaining to her how I would like my hair, she cut it perfectly and even showed me how to style it. I am very happy. I have lived in Idaho for 5 years now and have not found anyone before that would cut my hair the way I wanted. Linda has cut my hair twice now and I am very happy with my haircut. After explaining to her how I would like my hair, she cut it perfectly and even showed me how to style it. I am very happy. I have lived in Idaho for 5 years now and have not found anyone before that would cut my hair the way I wanted. I moved to this small town of Fruitland recently and now have found the perfect salon only about 2 miles from my house!

Critical: QualityA few months ago I went in for root touch up and Linda did a nice job. Went recently for a root touch up and Linda foiled my hair. 4 hours later my hair is mouse brown and my roots aren’t even done. Went back the next day for Linda to fix it and she did my roots mouse brown. I want my blonde back and Linda replies “you mean your yellow brassy hair?” I did not want my blonde turned brown I wanted a root touch up. I went back the next day and she put CPR to strip that color. It looked better but the next day my hair is turning magenta and copper orange. She refused to help and refused a refund. I’ve had to seek a color correction specialist at additional costs. A few months ago I went in for root touch up and Linda did a nice job. Went recently for a root touch up and Linda foiled my hair. 4 hours later my hair is mouse brown and my roots aren’t even done. Critical: Quality, ValueDon’t book with Linda!!!!!! I called ahead because the first time we went in it took a while to get an appointment. I called Linda, I told her my daughter wanted a root touchup and blonde foils put in her hair. We showed up to the appointment, she was very nice just like the first time. The first time she did light brown all over her hair(super easy). This time Linda didn’t go over any colors with her swatches she just asked how we wanted it done big mistake. We explained she wanted a root touchup with light brown and blonde foils. She ended up putting black roots on my daughter instead of light brown and foils that were light brown instead of blonde. My daughter is a natural redhead why Linda would put black or as she called it very dark brown instead of light brown makes no sense we asked for light brown. She said well I decided to go dark brown because it will faded better. Ummmm that’s not we asked for and u didn’t ask permission . She then told us she did something called a puddle melt. What! We didn’t ask for a puddle melt or black color it looked terrible. I took her to two other salons and both said who did this it’s terrible!!!! I have pictures it looks like she has a big black spot on the back of her head. We had to spend 200$ more to get it removed and fixed,not to mention the 80 I paid linda because I don’t know I had a choice. She did offer to try and fix it but I didn’t want her near my daughters hair after she didn’t listen the first time. Plus how do u fix a dark color she said by putting more blind fouls. No that doesn’t change the black. Please don’t go to Linda if you do you may end up looking like a clown and being out 80 bucks.Don’t book with Linda!!!!!! We are new to the area and need to find a new barber since we have three boys that need haircuts regularly. They were rude and unprofessional so we left before even finding out availability or price. We were driving by and decided to stop in to get haircuts for my boys. We are new to the area and need to find a new barber since we have three boys that need haircuts regularly. They were rude and unprofessional so we left before even finding out availability or price. Not a good way to make a first impression and we won’t be back to give them another chance.
