Positive: QualityBrittany is AMAZING! I refused to see anyone but her while she was on maternity leave. Worth the wait!! She treats my skin like gold & my lashes are thanking her for making them long & luscious! 10/10 recommend her for all beauty needs. I would 100% follow her anywhere she went.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have found my forever salon!!! Absolutely love, love, love Nu Image! I had never ventured into skincare, fillers, or anything else, I was very uneducated. Once I scheduled my first consults, my self care was forever changed! Brittany is incredible!!!! She is SO knowledgeable, sweet, and honest. She has helped me tremendously with cool sculpting so far and I am loving my results!! I am going to be seeing her next for facials and microneedling. I feel honored to be treated by her with all of her experience and knowledge she has. Stephanie is also fantastic with fillers! I have worked with her so far on lip fillers and I am absolutely in love with how I look! She takes so much pride in what she does, she is honest, careful, and she cares about her clients. Not having any experience with fillers, she educated me so much about them and helping choose the right one for my personal lips. We went over goals and giving her honest opinion we discussed how I could get to my goals. She is so sweet and relatable, I have enjoyed working with her so much already! With her being a PA I feel very privileged to be under her care, everything was so clean and aseptic during my first session. I have found my forever salon!!! Absolutely love, love, love Nu Image! I had never ventured into skincare, fillers, or anything else, I was very uneducated. Once I scheduled my first consults, my self care was forever changed! Brittany is incredible!!!! She is SO knowledgeable, sweet, and honest. I’ve been a patient of both Stephanie G. and Brittany C. and let me tell you that they are both top notch! Stephanie is an amazing injector and she listens to you and always wants the BEST display of your beauty in whatever you are getting done be it lip fillers, cheek fillers etc. She really takes time assessing your features and figuring out what filler would be best. I have seen Brittany for Pelleve radio frequency around my eyes and she always does an amazing job and is so knowledgeable about taking care of your skin and keeping it youthful. They are both people you want helping you look your best!! Stephanie is also always learning ways to expand on her practice and has offered a variety of treatments. I’m so happy I have gone to her from weight loss to wrinkles. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI am posting this review on behalf of my friend that I referred to this spa by mistake.Buyer Beware:”My husband purchased a gift card from Nuimage after our daughter was born for me to pamper myself. Unfortunately, something out of our control happened, due to covid, he lost his job. We tried explaining our situation, my husband was offered a job out of state and now we’re moving. We asked for refund, since I wasn’t able to ever use any of it (less than four months ago) . Not to mention, I did not get approval from the OB until 3 months postpartum. The manager finally called me back four days later, completely rude and advised me to gift it to someone else due to their policy of no refunds. I would strongly advise others to go else where for treatments because management is rather rude, as well as the receptionist, and is unwilling to be understanding or take care of their customers in unforeseen life situations.
