This nail salon is my new home!!! I didn’t know if I was in a hotel lobby or a nail salon. Zero wait time, zero crowd. The owner Chris personally walked me back and started prepping my nails and talking with us. My nail tech Lela absolutely CRUSHED the design!! Nothing but good vibes! My first time coming was cool but my second time coming here was a mess. The guy who said he can do my nails for me was name Kyle..oh gosh he couldn’t do anything right, on top of that he didn’t even give me the nails I wanted, I walked out with plain nails. He keep recommending me to go back to the lady I went to first so she can give me the nail set that I wanted. He was my one and done I’ll never go to him again.

This place is misleading with prices, terrible communication, and made me pay before I was even finished being serviced as if I was gonna run out without paying. I have never experienced such treatment. Be sure to verify how much everything is because they will just add on stuff. I was charged for removing my polish for my pedicure. I thought that came with the service if I’m getting a pedicure and if it didn’t it should have been brought to my attention! Then when I questioned it i was spoken to very loudly by what it seemed as the manager or person in charge about why I was charged xtra which made no sense and proceeded to ask for payment (my debit card) while I was in the middle of still sitting in the chair getting my nails done. I’ll never spend another penny at this place nor will recommend a soul! Very unprofessional. And from some of these previous reviews it’s obviously some truth to it! Beware

I never write reviews. But I’m visiting for the weekend and my friends and I got pedicures. Pedicure was decent. But I also when I walked in asked for a fill with gel. So after my pedicure they sat me down in the chair the lady used the drill took my nail polish off of one finger and then said we don’t have time.
