Ashlee was absolutely lovely! She took her time styling my hair to practice for my wedding. She must be magical because my hair never stays curled for longer than an hour. After she styled my hair it stayed curled for 2 days! Not only is she magical with hair but she is an amazing person as well!

Critical: ProfessionalismI love my stylist but just learned she was booted from the salon! Someone gave a negative review (about being cancelled ) and the owner, instead of standing behind the stylist who had worked there for over 7 years, choose getting good reviews over loyalty to an excellent employee. The new customer had not confirmed her appointment as was requested by the salon. If getting or giving a review impacts someone so horrifically, this should not happen. An airline can cancel a reservation for similar reasons. People are suffering enough as a result of this pandemic without adding more fodder.
