Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible!!!!! No other way to put. I got a pedi which was ok and an overlay and that was the worst decision. Very unprofessional, dismissive and quite rude. I voiced my complaints the entire process and when the tech was done I told her I didn’t like them as I had done the entire process. I was told I could wait until they were done with all of the other clients waiting or pay full price and come back the next day. My polish is thick, bulky and lumpy and my nails are not fully polished. I also have acrylic dust cured in my gel polish. The salon and all of the equipment is raggedy. I should have walked out after sitting down and feeling the whole pedicure chair shake when a client walked by. I have never had such a negative experience in a nail salon.

My favorite place to go to when I need to get my nails done, Love getting my eyebrows waxed here I don’t go to anyone else. And a pedicure done any picture that I show them how to way I want to get my nails is always what I pictured the place is very mellow and relaxing you have a good conversations, laugh and you can unwind and be comfortable with the owner of the shop name LuAnn And She is full of life and she makes you feel so comfortable in her shop especially the vibe of the music. Critical: QualityI thought I was booking with the owner of the salon but instead I was given an older woman. She was pretty sloppy, acrylic and polish all on my fingers, even after she “cleaned me up”. The acrylic was pretty lumpy as well, not as smooth and tailored as I would have preferred. She wasn’t paying attention to what I asked her to do, putting color on the wrong nails. The nails were lose within 4-5 days. I thought I was booking with the owner of the salon but instead I was given an older woman. She was pretty sloppy, acrylic and polish all on my fingers, even after she “cleaned me up”. The acrylic was pretty lumpy as well, not as smooth and tailored as I would have preferred. She wasn’t paying attention to what I asked her to do, putting color on the wrong nails. Wonderful, relaxed environment. Mellow music and their vibe is always positive. Everyone in there is so graceful and welcoming. LuAnn is so amazing with the smallest details and shes super creative. She comes up with designs at the drop of a dime.
