This was my first time at this salon. So glad I went! I got Melissa, who not only seems to be an absolute expert, but also listened to my every need and came through 100%. I am not your average customer and have specific issues. Melissa was absolutely terrific!! She also has a perfect temperament for cosmetology and seems to truly enjoy her work. Very pleasant overall atmosphere and no aspect of disappointment whatsoever. I walked out a very happy and satisfied customer.

If you want to be put down and get told you’re not going to like what you come in looking for, this is the place to go. I agreed and didn’t let her touch my hair and left. Way to make a new possible customer feel unwelcome and wasting my time. I’ll be sure to spread the word on the treatment I received. Unbelievable.
