Critical: Professionalism, QualityI found this business to be unprofessional and the end results of my daughters nails we very disappointing. It was the 1st time 3 of my daughters and I went to get our nails done together and the woman who was doing my kids nails did a poor job on the nails themselves. And then there was a fly flying around and she slapped it with both hands and went right back to rubbing lotion on my daughters legs. My daughter asked me to not say anything, and I didn’t about that. I did however ask her to fix a few messed up nails and she blamed it on my daughter for “messing them up”, but anyone who gets their nails done knows the difference. She fixed them and then humiliated my daughter- saying to go show her mom so she can be happy. I will not return to this business again. I found this business to be unprofessional and the end results of my daughters nails we very disappointing. It was the 1st time 3 of my daughters and I went to get our nails done together and the woman who was doing my kids nails did a poor job on the nails themselves. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to NTT nails because I had seen a cashier who had great nails and she told me this is where she goes. I’ve gone there several times and every time they have really taken good care of my nails and they do not file them too much and the dip lasts four weeks, no chipping. I recently tried a new place called perfect nails, bc they were closer, but they filed my nice healthy nails down so far that they were pink and sore. Not only that, the dip came off within a week and what was left of my nails was so thin I just had to cut them back. Lesson learned…I will keep going to NTT nails because they care about keeping your nails healthy. You guys are awesome! I went to NTT nails because I had seen a cashier who had great nails and she told me this is where she goes. I’ve gone there several times and every time they have really taken good care of my nails and they do not file them too much and the dip lasts four weeks, no chipping.
