My number one priority when I come to the area are my massages with Casie every year I come to the area for work each summer. Casie listens to my areas of concern and works to address them. I have been to the Salon many times over the years and have had wonderful service. Unfortunately, my last experience has ruined my view of this business and left me not willing to return. I have been with Monica for a massage the past 2 months and had scheduled my 3rd treatment. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early (40 minute drive to get there) and was told I had missed my appointment by 15 minutes and would have to reschedule. Initially I thought I had made a mistake and apologized for the inconvenience. As I walked to my car I contacted my husband who had received the reminder texts on his phone even though I had asked they send them to me. He verified that my appointment was indeed at the time I thought it was. He forwarded the reminder text to me and I went back inside to show the young girl at the kiosk. She still refused to honor my appointment saying I must not have replied to verify and there was nothing she could do. I understand that mistakes happen but am incredibly disappointed that a business, when given the proof of said mistake, would still refuse to honor the appointment and continue to switch blame to the customer. I will be finding another business to frequent as this one doesn’t seem to value their customer base.

As an employee of this establishment, I see this people every day. The thing that sets NTouch apart from other salons is that it is so focused on making each and every person feel special regardless if they are employees, new guests, or existing guests. I had two waxing services with Ashley; she made me feel comfortable and I really enjoyed the service since I’m so picky about my brows. Then I had a deep tissue massage with Casie; she has magical hands and she helped my back out so much. And then I had my service with Morgan. She moved my extensions up and gave me a new look. I love that even though I see these people every day, they still made me feel special and important. I 100% stand by NTouch and the core values exhibited through each action!

I had my first appointment at NTouch with Megan. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I had signed up for the wrong service, but she was quick and eager to accommodate. She let me know what products she was using and recommended for my hair type. I highly recommend NTouch and Megan for anyone looking for a cut, style, and color. So happy to have such a luxury service in Elizabethtown!

My brother got a haircut from someone who clearly had never cut men’s hair before. Every minute or two she had to ask someone what she was supposed to do, and the back of his hair has an obvious, stark line where it was supposed to be faded. To be charged $54 for this quality of work is absolutely ridiculous. If a stylist is not properly equipped to do a certain type of cut, then they shouldn’t be booked to do it on a paying client without the client being informed that they are in training or at least given a discount. I personally haven’t been to NTouch in years due to a huge decline in service and all of the more experienced stylists leaving, and my brother will now be taking his business to one of the barbershops in town from now on. I encourage men looking to potentially go here to consider going elsewhere.

Molly was great! She did a thorough job of asking what my routine at home involves, as well as what my goals were from the haircut that day. She recommended products for my hair, but no high pressure sales (which is great). The final cut was super; lots of movement with the layers and the perfect amount of volume! Haircut

Havent been to this salon in a few years. Always had a great experience before, this time i left unsatisfied! Went for color, cut and eyebrow tint/wax. My eyebrows are the best thing i got out of this visit. I called weeks ahead to schedule, was told i had to have a consult, ok fine, then was scheduled with 2 different stylists. Color turned out okay, wanted layers cut to enhance my curls more, cut was the fastest i ever had and i have alot of hair. At the end i was sent out the door with my hair still soaking wet and not styled at all. Once in the car i noticed hair dye across my forehead and around my ears. High end salons dont let a guest walk out like that. Not to mention after i just spent $220 with them! I will not return.
