This was an absolute waste of $100. It was my first time at the salon and I came here because I was in the area and I saw that they had good reviews. I let them know I had one hour to get my nails done and asked if it was possible. An hour and 15 minutes later, the shape of my nails still was not where I wanted them to be. As you can see from the photos posted, I asked her for a narrow almond shape. This is a shape that I’ve gotten at other salons before with no problem. Not only did she want to charge me extra for my shape, but the shape was never even executed. Because I was on a time limit and already running behind, I let the lady know that I had to go. She had been filing and filing and tearing up my skin. I am now tinder on all of my fingers. In my 36 years of life, this is never happened before. And when I would flinch, she would laugh every single time. I finally told her that I didn’t think it was funny that she was hurting me. After she had already taken enough time on my nails, I let her know that I had to go. I stood up and went to the counter to pay. The lady tried to charge charge me full price and I told her no, she didn’t even finish and it’s not even the shape that I wanted. She tried telling me that I still had to pay anyways or I could sit down and give her 10 more minutes and she would do it herself. I let her know that I was already running really late and that I did not have time for that but I would be willing to pay a portion. She insisted that I either pay full price or I sit down and let her finish. So I told her I would walk out if she didn’t want to except partial payment. So instead, she took a few dollars off and charged me $100 instead. Everyone seemed really nice at first but my experience clearly ended up terrible. Hopefully someone else sees this review before making a choice to go here.

This place saved our special day. As a bride one of the important things is nails she not only took us in last minute but she also had someone redo my aunt’s nails. We can’t be grateful enough for her services. She treated not only us but the rest of her customers with grace and a smile. She went above an beyond to make certain our nails were exactly what we wanted an my future daughter in law stated she had never loved her nails the way she did when the gentleman had completed hers and said nothing except nice things about him. Lynn you and your staff help bring the moral back up in our wedding party. I am forever grateful and will see you and use you an your staff from that moment forward. I appreciate you stepping up when you didn’t have to and my gratitude will never go unsaid. Thank you thank you thank you. You rock. See you soon.

I have been going to this salon for at least 10 years I never want to go somewhere else! Lynn is amazing at how she runs this place. Always the sweetest and will go above and beyond to help you! Summer is the only person I allow to touch my nails because she is just simply amazing. There are so many good girls at this place and some men too 🙂

I’ve been going to NT for close to 10 years now and they never disappoint. Mrs. Lynn is absolutely amazing at always making you feel welcome and important, she knows everyone by name as soon as they walk through the door. I can walk in with a picture and no matter which tech I get they always make it happen beautifully!

I was so happy when I came here. They were super friendly and very covid safe. Also when my mom did not like the way the color she picked turned out, they happily fixed it!! They were also very patient, so that was nice because I’m very indecisive. The only negative thing I saw were the prices, they were alot more than expected
