Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a simple gel polish color change. The nail tech did a horrific job. It’s sloppy, polish all over my skin, bulging bumps of gel polish on some of the nails, edges of nail not fully polished. HORRIBLE!!!! My nail tech at solar nails was unfortunately booked for Valentines weekend. Made an appointment at NT Nails and still waited 40 minutes before she started on my nails. No biggie, since it was Valentine’s weekend. Nails were cut uneven, so the right hand nails were way shorter than the left hand nails. Upon paying, I showed her the disaster she left me with. She corrected it to the best of her ability. Nails were not smooth, left with super bumpy nails. The acrylic nails starting lifting by cuticles within 3 days. Nails were off by the 5th day. Wasted $60+ tip for horrible looking nails. Always been a good tipper regardless of the service, so she still got a good tip. But definitely never going back. Skip this place and save your $$$$

This is the first time I got my nails done and did not tip. This place is an absolute rip off yo the max. I got a pedicure deluxe which is suppose to include gel already according to their menu. The lady charged me 75$ but quoted me 57. I went here because I needed my toes done badly. I go to an upscale salon and for 75$ you are getting straight luxury, this was far from that. The fact that she quoted me one price and then when I checked our stated something completely different is crazy. Do not go here!! And they don’t clean their tools properly, you are risking infection. Don’t do it!! So disappointed

I had an emergency removal of my thumb nail acrylic done by another store in Austin not to be mentioned here, but NT nail took me right in and the technician was exceptional and caring. My thumb throbbed and she took care to not hurt me. I’ve been back since foe new nails and same great service. Highly recommend
