If I could rank less than one star, I absolutely would. I went in there for nothing more than a soak off, because I had overgrown acrylic tips, and simply did not want them anymore. Instead of soaking them at all the “nail tech“ decided to dry pry them off of my fingers with another acrylic tip she had taken from her drawer. Not only did this strategy slice my finger open initially, before she bent into a flatter shape too then pry off my nail beds, damaging the nails beneath which were a 1/4 inch long naturally beneath my old set that she chopped to the stubs, but also decided to rip a chunk of my nail and skin completely out of its nail bed, instead of soaking it off or trying any other method from her dry prying. This was after I told her twice that it was hurting on that finger and she said it was my fault somehow when she realized my finger was dripping blood. After this damage she inflicted on me physically I still paid her full price for a soak off, she was then rude with me and sassily said “bye” when she handed back my card to my bloody hand. If you care about your physical well-being at all or any amount of respect being put into your nails, do not go here ever as neither a tourist nor a local.

I went to NT Nails with my dad last month and met Nancy, who did a great pedicure. Dad always makes an appointment with Julie, who does an amazing job on his highly callused feet. Yesterday I treated myself to a mani and spa pedi with Nancy. We had fun and she is great so I’ll be calling for an appointment with her from now on. The shop is always bright, clean and pleasant. It’s great value for great services at NT Nails!

I’ve been a customer for a few months now and stopped in to use the restroom (fyi I’m 8 months preggo and it was a bit of an emergency) and the gentleman very rudely and bluntly said “No.” I understand not wanting random people constantly using your restroom- and I respectfully walked past the restroom to ask permission.

There was a great variety of colors and it didn’t take too long to get my refill done, plus they were open on Easter which was a relief cus nowhere else was. What I didn’t like though was how rough my hands were handled through the process. If I was too slow or put my hand in the wrong spot it was yanked forward. I also didn’t like how the shape of nails turned out; one doesn’t look coffin-shaped anymore and a lot of the others are crooked. Everyone else seemed friendly & nice though.

the prices were super affordable. mine was $15 for a purple french tip manicure. just a side note, they can’t do designs. when i first sat down, the counter was dirty and there was leftover nail shavings from the previous client. at first it went okay, she was being gentle. when she did the french tips, they were uneven and it seemed as though she was rushing. she had taken my phone to look at the inspo. she was rushing and accidentally knocked over what it looked as though acetone on my phone. she said that she was sorry, which was nice. when the manicure was done, she sat me down to place my nails under a fan to dry. she then went over to work on another client. she never came over again. moments after, i went to the bathroom and my nail smudged.

We really like our nail tech. She was polite, efficient, and took us before our appointment time. We received a regular manicure and a gel manicure. Highly recommend!

This was my first time going to this salon, I’m from out off town. I needed a pedicure and my monthly refill of my nails. I had to wait a little bit but was in no hurry. I looked at the colors and then sat for about 10 minutes. A lady came over to me and took me to her pedicure chair. Very relaxing pedicure. Then I went to her table for my nails. She took her time and listened when I had a request. There was 1 or 2 times the buffer hit my skin and it hurt but no blood was drawn. My overall experience was good and I would come back when I visit on vacation.

Very good service! The only thing was the person doing my nails kept getting up to answer the phone, however he was back quickly. Very relaxing and laid back. I didn’t think they would be able to do what I was thinking of (a sunflower design) , but they did it beautifully and I received many compliments. Overall, definitely recommend!

(Acrylics) We went in and the told us to pick our color. At first it wasnt that bad, they were clean and it was charming. Them when we started the employee glued on the nail and tried to take it off and it hurt. Also it was shorter then I expected. When buffing I got 5 cuts and the painting job was bad. My friends nails are already lifting and it’s been 5 days or so. Kinda regret tipping but they were really nice. Not to mention the leftover glue on my nails. I would recommend getting a pedicure…

I’ve been to this establishment before and it wasn’t too bad , besides them charging you extra for any little thing. I gave it another try and it only got worse! The guy I had rushed through my nails. When it was time to cut the lengths off my acrylic nails he tried to keep them as long as possible (they charge an extra $5 if they are remotely long). So I kept saying a little shorter! He proceed to say “is that short enough” with an attitude! An at this point my acrylics look like normal nails it’s all a complete waste. The shape of my nails are uneven and don’t match my nails on my other hand. I was completely unsatisifed! He gave me complete attitude after I said no to paying before he was remotely finished. We got done , my nails look like trash. He says $30! I’ve gotten the same exact thing everytime it’s always been $20 , $25 if the length of your acrylics are long. Today it was $30 , I ask why he said cause “she said so” while pointing at another lady working. I was just over everything. I just paid and left! It was a terrible experience. Completely ruined my day! If you don’t enjoy your job , not to mention try your best at , find something else.
