The WORST experience I’ve ever had! I went in for a pedicure and acrylic full set and when doing my pedicure the lady did not massage for 12 mins like the sign says, and on the wall it says if they do not massage the full time the pedi is free, I told the boss and he stated that I should’ve said something on the spot but he was busy working on someone at the time.. whatever. Next I’m getting my acrylic set by Kim and she did the worst job! Let the picture I uploaded speak for itself. I asked for a tapered square what is this??? I kept asking her to fix stuff but after multiple times I gave up. You can also tell that her, the boss and workers were talking about me. Horrible service I’ve been going here for years but I will never be coming back after this horrible experience.

Nails came out ok. Message on feet were good. But still too expensive considering you can’t use a card without being charged 25% of what you are charging they should just say “cash only” on the entrance.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMe and the hubs walked in for pedi’s and they seated us right away. Ashley did a fabulous job on my toes, she was very thorough, so I decided to go ahead and have her do a manicure on me. She did a great job with that too. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the price. I know since Covid came to town, nothing is cheap anymore buy I didn’t expect for a reg pedi for the hubs to be $30 or a gel pedi for me to be $47. All in all 2 gel mani/pedi and one simple pedi was $113. I know not all nail places are as pricey as this place but at least we got what we paid for with Ashley. Went in for a fill and trim. Nope! My nails looked worse coming out than when I went in. They wanted 40 to soak off their nail tech mistake and fix it. Bull! And while we arw on the buisness lets talk cleanliness. A squshed roach on the floor? Really classy
