Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe women who work here are really rude i thought maybe it was just one time thing but the next time I came I booked and appointment at 1:30PM and so I got there at that time And then two other women walked in and they got sat before me by this time it was already 2:05PM I gave up and just walked out with that half an hour it could of been there tip. I was feeling festive and was going to give them 25% of my service but oh well. I’m gonna have to look at new nail salon but don’t recommend this one. Last time the short nail tech with black hair gave me this ingrown that hurt like heck but since this nail salon is on my way home I decided to give it another chance. I’m not sure if they see me broke or something but I have money to pay the service and tip them I guess they treat you based on physical appearance. Because when I got my toes done with the nail technician who mainly does toes when she was done I thought she’d help me get my purse instead she said get your purse and shoes and when I saw her finish a service with a white women she helped her and was really friendly. And I’m not hating on the white women is just nail that nail technician made me feel low. The women who work here are really rude i thought maybe it was just one time thing but the next time I came I booked and appointment at 1:30PM and so I got there at that time And then two other women walked in and they got sat before me by this time it was already 2:05PM I gave up and just walked out with that half an hour it could of been there tip. Positive: QualityThe customer service is great and they work to make sure that they understand exactly what you want and that you get the highest quality possible. The details on their nails are exact and I cannot find a single flaw. I have came back to this place multiple times and every time has been great. I would definitely recommend.Service: Manicure

Critical: ValueTerrible experience. Nobody welcomed us when we came in. They finished 2/3 of my party before sitting down the 3rd person down. Then put two other customers in front of our 3rd person. When 3rd person sat down to get nails done, tech left to work on another customer. I will never go back and if I could give no stars, I would.
