NT NAILS

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve gone to nt nails multiple times but the last 2 times i went had me more than impressed. Me and my bestfriend booked appointments for homecoming with this one chick her friend goes to (we booked them like 2 weeks advanced) and then on Thursday my bestfriend got a call saying that she had covid. Which we both understood cause she found out that day and she immediately told us. So i called nt nails right after and they us in for friday which was a LIFESAVER! I’ve gone to nt nails multiple times but the last 2 times i went had me more than impressed. Me and my bestfriend booked appointments for homecoming with this one chick her friend goes to (we booked them like 2 weeks advanced) and then on Thursday my bestfriend got a call saying that she had covid. Which we both understood cause she found out that day and she immediately told us. So i called nt nails right after and they us in for friday which was a LIFESAVER! Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI just left from this nail shop and I’ll tell you what I am absolutely in love and blown away with the quality and the professionalism the ladies were wonderful sweet funny and kind my nails and toes look amazing I will be back thank you. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old I’ve been to every nail shop in Mansfield Ohio and none of them are as good as NT nails none of them are as good as NT nails you ladies are wasting time going to other placesI just left from this nail shop and I’ll tell you what I am absolutely in love and blown away with the quality and the professionalism the ladies were wonderful sweet funny and kind my nails and toes look amazing I will be back thank you. …More

I just left from this nail shop and I’ll tell you what I am absolutely in love and blown away with the quality and the professionalism the ladies were wonderful sweet funny and kind my nails and toes look amazing I will be back thank you. Critical: ProfessionalismI didn’t even get my nails done. I used to go to this place when it was VIP Nails. Idk if they changed management or what but I went in and asked for a manicure and a full set of acrylics and the lady laughed in my face and went “a full set isn’t a manicure ”, which wasn’t what I even said. I’ve gone in once before they changed the name when they were still renovating and they were friendly then, so I’m not sure what happened within the last year but, it’s a no for me. Currently looking for a new nail salon.I didn’t even get my nails done. I used to go to this place when it was VIP Nails. Idk if they changed management or what but I went in and asked for a manicure and a full set of acrylics and the lady laughed in my face and went “a full set isn’t a manicure ”, which wasn’t what I even said.
