I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I really like the owner, and I usually get a pedicure. I love pedicures from there. We went there last night to get our manicures and pedicures for my sister’s wedding. We had an appointment and we were still there 4 hours! I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. The nails looked like a child did them. I complained and they replaced the two that were on completely crooked. When I was leaving, I had the owner look at them. I told her I couldn’t figure out what, but something was wrong. She inspected them and pulled the girl that did my nails over. They spoke to each other in a different language. The lady said I will give you 10 dollars off. While they were talking, I realized what was wrong. The tips were not glued down. I told them I really did not like them and I didn’t want to pay 80 dollars for something I didn’t like. The girl that did my nails was extremely rude the entire night. The owner seems very sweet, but seems like a push over. As much as I hate to say don’t go there, I am warning you to save your money and your time. My pedicure was horrible too, this time. She left the previous color on my toes in several spots. The owner tried to talk the girl into giving me 50% off but she refused. They offered to redo them but I’d been the 4 hours, it was 10:00 at night and I was extremely frustrated by how rude the lady was being. If my sister’s wedding was not the next day and I wasn’t in it… I’d have had them removed and just left. I’m posting pictures, but they really don’t do justice to how horrible they are. I cannot wait to have them removed tomorrow.

Mixed results here. I popped in for a same day manicure, called in and they told me to drop by. Once they started, I realized the nail polish was clumpy and old, but they pushed to use anyway, diluting it many times. They barely shaped my nails, barely cut my cuticles, and it appears they didn’t use sanitized tools (so didn’t ask for more use of them). Because of the old polish, manicure is clumpy and uneven looking. Staff was courteous and quick, but will not return. I could have done a better job at home.

I also passed out in the chair from the pain and they had to switch my nail tech. I had the new lady finish my nails, but a day later, one of my acrylics fell off. I have been waiting for the manager to call me back for 4 days now. I have tried to contact the manager several times and each time I call to see if the manager can speak with me, their employees are rude to me.
