LOVE the skincare but Canadian buyers beware…You’ll get an invoice for duties and taxes that is more than your order. I ordered the buckthorn face oil and dewdab salve, both of which I love. A month after delivery I get an invoice for duties totalling the same amount as my full order. This plus the existing exchange rate of 30% make purchases from Noy not worth the cost. Disappointing.

i’m so shocked with all these reviews. my experience at NOY was quite the opposite. i went in june 2022. i was assisted immediately and seen right away for just a consultation. after being consulted, i asked if the facial can happen right now and Bouchra, the aesthetician, smiled and said she had an appt with someone else but was happy to push it back and arrange right away for me! the facial, itself, i was nervous about because of past experiences. she listened to ALL my concerns and adapted to it; removing parts of the facial i didn’t like and adding parts that would benefit. she was caring and warm. very humorous and good spirited. she spoke me through everything she was doing and calmed all my nerves. i left there REJUVENATED and trusting in their skincare products. the results were AMAZING, to this day. i even bought the Living Libation products used on me from them which have been a GAME CHANGER for me and anyone i introduce it to. i look forward to going there again this month. thank you Danna and Bouchra for your services!♥️

Sharing the same sentiment as some of the other reviews here. I was really excited to have a treatment at this clinic and I had 3 friends waiting to hear how it was because they wanted to book as well. When I try a new service, I find that the little things, those small elevated moments, are what make the difference and keep clients loyal.

I purchased some products and realized one product was already expired and another product only had about 8 months until that one expired. I tend to stock up on my products and buy them in bulk to cut down on shipping waste. I emailed Noy Skincare about the product expiration date and they asked me to send photos, which i did. They then got back to me pretty much telling me that once you open a bottle it only has a 10-12 WEEK shelf life anyway…. Something I just learned. However in regards to the already expired Intense C-Boost Mela-Even Cream, they asked me for the photo of the box it came in…Almost laughable because who keeps the box”s… No I don’t have the box… At the end of the day i am chalking this up to a learning experience that products are only good 10-12 weeks after opening and to not order anymore from Noy Skincare….. If anyone is wondering, i did I did them if it was possible that I send the nearly full expired products back for replacements and that was turned down…

Mediocre and overpriced. Waste of money. I honestly left feeling like I got duped. After seeing the Noy Skincare Instagram account, I was excited to come in for a facial. I knew it would be pricy but I was OK with that because I was honestly expecting a top notch experience. Be prepared to be pushed and upsold like crazy if you come here. I came in for the harmonizing facial, which is $175, and the esthetician told me that it’s basically useless and I should do either laser genesis or gua sha facial. I felt a bit wary after she told me that the harmonizing facial is pointless so I said ok to the laser, expecting a miracle facial based on what she said. Then she goes “ok I’m going to first clean the skin thoroughly with microdermabrasion and then laser genesis.” I said ok sure, but wait, what’s the price? If I hadn’t asked her, I would have had the extra cost for microdermabrasion added without my permission. Only then she tells me “$75 for microdermabrasion. $250 for basic laser genesis and $350 for advanced.” I was so thrown off and almost uncomfortable. Somehow I agreed to microderm and the basic laser. It was nothing more than just “ok.” My esthetician was very sweet—we talked and she was nice and my skin was pretty glowy right after (mostly from the product)—but it is definitely NOT worth the outrageous price. one day later my skin does not look or feel any different—just scabs from the extractions. I go to the register and they already placed a product recommendation for me to buy on the counter for $55. I declined. Anyway, I left paying $425 with the tip. The whole facial was no more than an hour. This place feels like an Instagram scam. It’s totally mediocre—do not be fooled by the follower count and blue check mark. This review is not necessarily related to my esthetician—she was a nice woman and good at her craft—but clearly trained to upsell. I’m so disappointed and upset I wasted this much money.

2 times going to Noy for my Brazilian and I have loved every minute! Natasha is amazing and funny and thorough. She makes the whole experience a pleasure not a chore. And Noy salon itself is pretty, relaxing and clean and the staff is super nice! The price is unbeatable for the quality of service a definite must go as I will be going no where else!
