The salon is bright and decorated beautifully and all of the employees were super nice, but I had the privilege of working with Marissa. I strolled in as a walk-in after going over three years without so much as a trim. Marissa took the three foot mess of split ends and frizz that I gave her to work with and sent me out looking like a movie star!

Mary has fixed other stylists color mistakes for me multiple times. She does whatever I ask and understands that I am picky about my hair. I always leave with something better than what I pictured or asked for. After my last hair blunder, I refuse to go anywhere else. Worth the drive for me to visit her because I know it will come out right!

Mary does such an amazing job on my cut – layered bob – that it lasts for months without needing a refresh. She’s thoughtful, listens to what you want, and artfully makes it happen. She does an outstanding color, as well, which is why I travel from White Plains to go to her. I’ve spent years trying salons in WP since I moved there, and hated just about every cut and color I paid outrageous prices for. So happy to have found Mary and her NOWhair team (who give spa-worthy massaging shampoos) after someone referred me. I’ve seen her do some great up-dos and extensions, as well. If you’re not crazy about your hair, go see Mary – she’ll make you love it again!
