I came in on a promotional add that I saw. Everyone was so nice. The front desk lady referred to me as “love” which was cute. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They pushed their membership a lot, but it seems like it would be beneficial if it fits in your budget. Over all I really like this med-spa. It’s cute, classy and elegant.

Was a great intro to the body sculpting treatment. Beautiful spa. Ivy was excellent and provided the service. Unfortunately I will be based out of town so my routine doesn’t call for a membership at the spa which this company seems to be membership based only as a lot of these reviews mention. Would love to be able to opt for traditional a la carte options when in town to be treated again by Ivy at some point as she was fabulous and made me feel great throughout the service.

I liked the treatments however they do try to always sell you things you never get to go and get the facial in complete relaxation. They are forever telling you what to buy that would work for your face instead of allowing you to enjoy the moment. I was really dissatisfied when I had two treatments left and because I didn’t renew they told me that I has to pay. If you wanna pay and not get your full money worth go here!

The treatments are hit or miss depending on the esthetician who gives you your treatment. They pitch to you a price of 165 a month when treatments are actually 253 almost a hundred dollar difference. They are now saying that the gentleman who pitched me this price is no longer with them and that the price 165 was the minimum I could pay each month. Minimum? Services should not change in price for a member. Right? The services were barely worth the money at 165 a month definitely not worth 253 a month. The place and staff are pretentious and insensitive. They actually refused to give me a hydrafacial because they said my acne was too severve. Isn’t your job to help people with skin conditions? I have had many facials, and they always make my skin heal and feel better, as they are intended to do. You lost yourself a potentially very good client, and hopefully many more who read this review.
