Critical: QualityI never take the time to write a review, especially when it comes to a bad review, but this case is an exception. I paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal for brazilian, under arm, and upper lip and I’m totally disappointed; It has barely been 2 months from my last session of laser hair removal and my hair is back full grown. Do not spend your money here, not worth it.I have few points to make (Please people take them in consideration, I read some bad reviews of this place and I still decided to give it a change, well guess what? Total regret!!)1. Out of the 6 sessions, they cancelled on me twice. One of cancellation was the same day of the appointment, which I had already asked for permission at work.2. They never ever answer the phone. Due to COVID-19 they were not allowing to schedule appointment onsite after your session. You were forced to call to schedule an appointment. Well, guess what? They will not answer the phone, and when finally do, they will tell you that do not have any spots available until several week from now, which makes you not to be on time for treatment.3. At the end of my last session, I already knew that the treatment was going to be a total failure, but I still decided to attend the last evaluation appointment to see how they could help me. Well, the lady at Novopelle knew and saw that the treatment did not work, and one of the main reasons was because I was not able to get my appointments on time because of them. The lady said that she was going to talk to her manager to see what they could do and she was going to give me call back. THEY NEVER DID.Conclusion: go to a place where they become responsible for the treatments they offer!! I never take the time to write a review, especially when it comes to a bad review, but this case is an exception. I paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal for brazilian, under arm, and upper lip and I’m totally disappointed; It has barely been 2 months from my last session of laser hair removal and my hair is back full grown. Do not spend your money here, not worth it.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismDO NOT GO HERE!! YOUR TIME WILL NOT BE VALUED! I wish I could actually review the services offered, but since no one on staff wants to return my calls/messages, I’ll just do a write-up here instead. I’ve been trying to reschedule my first appointment for almost 2 weeks now. It was scheduled 3 weeks out, so that’s enough time to get a different appointment, right? NOPE, not with Novopelle. If you’re calling, just be ready to leave a voicemail because they won’t bother to pick up. If you’re lucky like me, they’ll call you back in 3-4 days. If you’re unlucky, also like me, you’ll miss that call because you’re at work, landing you back to square one. I even tried going to their location in Addison and there was clearly someone there because their phone and personal items were on the front desk. I also checked their hours to make sure they were open before driving over. I knocked and no one answered. Since I was standing outside, I decided to call and see if someone could let me in. Again, no answer. Now, I’m about to lose an appointment that was already paid for because Novopelle can’t bother to simply reschedule it. If you want laser hair removal, a spa day, etc. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Please don’t be like me and go here because you’ll be wasting money and time.
