He gets to know your hair and really works with you on what you would like to see. I think he’s a master colorist. A friend had recommended him two years ago and I haven’t seen anyone since. Now I have a handful of friends that use him exclusively as well, and even a friend’s mother who is incredibly picky comes up to Santa Barbara to see him. Not only that, no awkward conversation or weird silence. Nice flow of conversation and quiet. Joel is a an artist with color. Every time I come, I like it even more than the previous time. He gets to know your hair and really works with you on what you would like to see. I think he’s a master colorist. A friend had recommended him two years ago and I haven’t seen anyone since. He is a master colorist. Base color with highlights is one of the best I’ve had. A consummate master of color! In addition he was professional yet made me feel comfortable. He is a perfectionist and spent a great deal of time on my hair. I am very happy with my new hair!
