I’ve gotten my hair cut at a few salons after getting a great color and cut with Sue, and no other salons can compete in my book! Not only is Sue an artist, thoughtfully and professionally styling each clients’ hair, but she truly creates an atmosphere in which I feel, and I’ve noticed others appear to feel, relaxed, comfortable, and cared for. Her warm personality and kind heart make each client feel special, and her skills leave you looking and feeling amazing! Can’t wait for my next appointment at Novita Salon when it is safe to go out again! Blow drying my hair today, and I can’t help but admire how healthy and beautiful it’s growing back, thanks to Sue! I’ve gotten my hair cut at a few salons after getting a great color and cut with Sue, and no other salons can compete in my book! She is 100% COVID safe – taking every protocol you can think of. Believe me – I’m super careful and she comes with high recommendation! So that means a lot.Susan is AMAZING and seriously cares about her customers. I literally called her up in tears asking for help to fix a horrible color job done on my hair. She opened her salon for me, gave me a beautiful haircut, and made me feel like a princess! She made sure I was relaxed throughout the whole process.I have EXTREMELY thick hair and A LOT of it. Susan cares about her clients but also went out of her way to educate me step by step on everything that she was doing during the haircut. I cut off a lot of length and went for layers which is new to me and she made sure I knew everything she was doing, almost like a tutorial. She was the only person at the salon which made for a more personal salon experience and I didn’t have to wait around. Also open on Sundays! 🙂 And over all, a very safe place to go during Covid, and I can not stress this enough!!! Susan cares about her clients but also went out of her way to educate me step by step on everything that she was doing during the haircut.
