A truly wonderful experience!! My amazing husband booked me a 90 minute fusion massage at Novita. This was first visit but certainly not my last. The spa itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I had a wonderful spa attendant (Shelly) who was awesome at making me feel comfortable. My masseuse (Pam) was hands down (no pun intended ) the best I’ve ever experienced. If you are looking for a genuine spa experience without leaving Georgetown, look no further. Try visiting Novita with their spectacular services and terrific staff.

I love my visits to Novita Spa! My stress level starts to decrease when I walk in the front door. Efficient friendly front desk staff. I never wait more that 5 to10 minutes before my treatment(s) start. Staff is very professional and explains everything. The entire experience is pleasant and de-stressing for me. Love it!

Novita Spa is always a very professional and relaxing place. The service is excellent. I have had the fusion massage and hot stone massage. Both were terrific. I have also had a facial there it was great. I received a sample pack of there skin care products. My face has never felt softer and in better condition. I also love the body lotion. I would highly recommend this spa.

A “Mix & Match” package was purchased for my birthday and I received the Introductory Revitalizing Facial and the Signature Novita Fusion Massage. The facial was very relaxing and I enjoyed talking to the employee that performed the service. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t remember receiving the Novita Mineral Cosmetic Application? I did receive the take home products and am pleased with them. The technique used for my massage was very different than I’m used to and something I would not want again. Overall, Novita was a good experience.

My husband and I go for the infared spa, one of the few in or around Austin, and for health reasons this is extremely wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The business is clean, quiet and they serve wine, so in my book that is first class. The sauna itself is great, we have always had a relaxing time, it is a high end sauna made with no glue so no toxicity at all. I highly recommend Novita Spa in Georgetown!

My favorite thing about Novita is the saunas. There’s an infrared dry sauna and a steam room. These things are great any time of the year, but best in the winter and during allergy season. What’s really great is the membership plan. For a monthly fee the member gets a discounted service, one infrared sauna session, and use of the steam room any time during normal business hours per month. The regular access to the steam room alone is worth the membership quite frankly. The Staff is very nice and helpful. The serenity room is comfy and has coffee, tea, and water. It’s great. Sometimes it gets a little crowded in there, but I like that they’re right on the Square, and it’s never really been a problem.
