My first time here and they did so well! I was unsure which pink I wanted so the nail tech sampled the color I picked out on an unused nail tip to make sure it was what I wanted and I’m so glad he did because I love how these turned out! I will definitely be coming back here. The price point is also so good and you get such good quality service.

They are very busy. They prefer appointments. The manager did my nails, and they were good not great. There were little pieces under my nails I had to get off and some corners were sharper than others. I felt like he was rushing.

Made an appt weeks in advance and then confirmed it. When we got there they told me there would be a wait. We were there almost 2.5 hours. They did apologize because someone called in. They couldn’t do my daughter’s design. I paid $71 for gel mani/pedi and 2 days later my gel polish is already coming off. My fingernails aren’t even filed evenly. Will not be going back.

I have used these guys for a few months now, and at first I told so many about them. You would think becoming a regular would make a staff of people welcoming to your business. I asked for a very simple design, and knowing that they were going to try to push the gel polish, I told them up front that I wanted regular polish (I got a fill for my nails with gel polish with this business before and it was $60, the most expensive fill of my life)- telling them i wanted regular polish was my mistake. The lady who took the layer of old polish off waited until my nails were a sanded mess before telling me to that regular polish can’t layer on top of one another, which was funny because they had done just fine the first time I went to them, so science must have changed in the past few months. I said whatever, told myself I would get through the appointment and then find another business quietly. Then the disrespect came. A young man, Leo, started my fill, and he was the most inconsiderate and lazy technician I have ever had. He and the “receptionist” (the original lady trying to sell me wack science so I’d cave for the gel polish) and he started obnoxiously talking and laughing as they made it obvious it was about me through gestures. He didnt ask me how I would like my length, my shape, nothing. He roughly shoved my hands around, and treated me like I was in his way for even being there. This technician was so lazy that putting a top protective coat on my polish was just too much trouble for him, something my 5 year old niece is even capable of remembering about a simple nail painting job. I will no longer go to this business, and despite this experience, they do have an amazing tech named Alex, but you cant book appointments with just him, because you show up at your time and he has already has been given a line of people waiting on him since the “receptionist” sends him people non stop. I won’t be using this business again, and sadly, I hope no one else does, because it was the worst service treatment experience of my life. It says something that I am even writing this review, as I usually am not the type to care enough to do this, but it was too upsetting and a waste of my money to not warn someone looking for a good place, this ain’t it.

I came in last week on Friday to get a full set and gel polish. Three of my nails have already fallen off. A total waste of $60. I definitely won’t be returning. It’s such a shame because the shop is nice and clean and has a lot of variety.

The lady that took care of me today was so unprofessional. She made my nails bleed and did something I didn’t even asked for, I was getting fake gel with 4 different colors and this woman had the nerve to tell me “I picked too many colors” because I was taking my time to pick them. Girl aren’t you getting payed for doing YOUR JOB? and when I told her I didn’t ask for that she got mad and yelled at me. AND THATS NOT IT FRIENDS. This lady had the audacity to ask for a payment. For what? Making my nails bleed? If I could give this place no stars I would. Def not returning awful costumer service. Just a tip.. if you work costumer service make sure you actually know how to do your job right. Costumer service requires lots of patience which that lady clearly lacked.

I used to go here regularly and stopped due to the female owner, she was incredibly rude and speaks to you like you’re incompetent. Last time it was her forcing a color on me I didn’t want. I decided to try it again after a few months. This time I showed them an inspo pic of brown nails with a white glaze chrome and left with blue nails afraid to say anything. I still tipped 20% and when I checked out I asked for a price breakdown because it was $25 more than normal and she told me to read the sign and then repeatedly asked if I could read. Not to mention I hated my nails. Today I went back to have the chrome taken off on my nails so I could literally bear to have them on for the next 3 weeks and she again proceeded to speak to me like I was incompetent. I will happily give my business to literally any other salon except Novelty.
