I had not had my nails done or a pedicure before, so I have no prior experience to base my visit on. However, I do know they were very polite, professional, and amazing with their service! I did not have to wait at all, and the woman who did my pedicure and nails was patient with me and my lack of knowledge with these services. The pedicure felt amazing, and the chair is a massage chair which was a nice plus. I had the essential pedicure, which included a foot scrub, massage, and toe nails taken care of and polished. For my nails I went with the dip powder, and the color, shape, and length is perfect. They had to use 3 tips to make my nails all the same uniform length, and they’re not noticeable at all. I will definitely go back.

This place is absolutely aces!!! I stopped in after an out of state delivery for a fill and a pedicure and was not disappointed. My pedi was amazing, and I was pleased as punch by Young’s artistry and professionalism during my fill (he had some serious work to do with reshaping and trimming my nails, I swear those things looked like freaking tombstones before he tackled them.) Everyone at Novel was so personable and welcoming, and I cannot wait to come back to Davenport so I can visit them again. What a fantastic group of people.

This place was amazing! They are short staffed like everyone so there is a bit of a wait even if you have an appointment. All the ladies were very friendly and the 2 nail techs that helped me did a wonderful job. Mary did my pedicure and took the time to understand my medical problems and having sever nerve damage in my left foot. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable at all times and not in pain. Thao did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. First time going here and she really went out of her way to make sure everything was how I wanted. She even stayed later than the business was open but didn’t rush me out the door like most places would have.
