This is THEE BEST PLACE TO GO hands down, I don’t care what anyone says. Tamra the owner has been doing my nails for a few years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The place is always so clean and classy and they greet you as soon as you walk in! I always feel at home at this salon. Anyone who leaves a bad review is definitely a “Karen” and trust me they do perfectly fine with without your negative Nancy self. I LOVE THIS PLACE and the people who run it! I like this place a lot until my last visit. Acrylic’s Nails cracked and broke less than 2 weeks. The male tech, that did my nails was rude. Also, this is the third time I have had issues with gel lifting off acrylic nails at this location. They rush and do not let them dry properly. I have given lots of money to this place to not feel valued as a customer. Will not return.

Critical: QualityI went here twice. I was really happy after my first visit, although my gel nails only lasted about a week but I blamed it on me constantly washing my hands and doing dishes, etc. The second time I went and got gel nail polish it only lasted 1 whole day then the gel started cracking and peeling on couple of my nails. This time I was actually taking better care of my nails as far as not having them in water so much. So I went back and they did fix those 3 nails, no problem. The nail tech told me it was because the gel did not properly dry (same nail tech who did them). Two days later the rest of the nails started cracking and peeling as well. Very disappointed! Tamera is awesome and very patient with her clients. Many people will just stop in to get a nail or two fixed without an appointment and she works them in! Keep this in mind if you have to wait for your appointment! I seen first hand why this happens so it’s truly no fault of the business if there’s a delay….I myself would still make an appointment or call instead of showing up expecting accommodations.

This is the second time I’ve been here. Two different tech’s. Both times absolutely beautiful ❤️ I am a nail bitter, neither time did they complain about my stubby nails or make snide comments, which makes me only want to come back even more. They’re sooo nice here
