They responded quickly during the pandemic and put safety measures in place to make sure everyone who felt safe to leave their homes to get their hair done, could and would still feel safe in this place of business. I went here for years to get my hair cut and styled monthly. They have never let me down. They responded quickly during the pandemic and put safety measures in place to make sure everyone who felt safe to leave their homes to get their hair done, could and would still feel safe in this place of business. If you’re looking for a salon I highly recommend Nova!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went into the salon to schedule an appointment because my normal stylist was booked for the time I needed. The lady who was at the front desk took my name and number and said she would review the books and get back to me with an appointment time. It has now been 6 days and I haven’t heard anything. Clearly she judged and wasn’t even willing to give me the time of day. Yes I am a Black woman but she never saw my hair because I had a hat on so obviously she nor anyone in this salon was comfortable trimming a black woman’s hair. Very disappointed in how she handled the situation. I went into the salon to schedule an appointment because my normal stylist was booked for the time I needed. The lady who was at the front desk took my name and number and said she would review the books and get back to me with an appointment time. It has now been 6 days and I haven’t heard anything.
