Went for the first time after a friend who has been a long time client recommended their service. I started with the basic pedicure with gel polish followed by a gel manicure. Both services were amazing and I’m really happy with how everything turned out for the price.

Had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I walked in because I needed to stay in the area rather than going to my normal place. I was worried about the seats all being stained when i walked in but still went ahead and asked for a pedicure and manicure. I get pedicures all the time and I realize sometimes it doesn’t feel great if you have any in grown nails but I have never had someone hurt me this much. And I can take pain. I also was bleeding on my toe which has never happened. She was very rushed and just scraping the heck out of my toes. Massage was bad, the water was cold. Even if she did a good job and didn’t hurt me I still would not come back here. The pedicure chairs are awful even they look nice they were not functional. Nowhere to put my phone but this flimsy plastic that holds onto the arm rest. I am 5’1 and my feet barely reached in the tub, she had to push it all the way forward which caused my feet to be bent right up against the tub and my calves pushed up against the chair. It overall was just so opposite of relaxing. I would go to Bravia nails in Oswego and ask for Sam. I didn’t end up getting my nails done, obviously. .

I was here on 10/9 for a mani/pedi. Long story short color did NOT match. Yes, i understand that the color may not EXACTLY match while companies make ‘matching’ color (dip/no chip/regular polish etc…) my color was WAY off. I had no chip on my mani and regular on my pedi. The owner did offer to fix it that day by putting a different color right on top of what i just had done on my pedi but i did not have the time to do so & that would be a ‘bandaid’ anyhow NOT a FIX. I left and called about 15 mins later and asked him if it can be corrected & that if i could come Monday at 4p, he told me yes. I show up today 10/10 and he is NOT here & the gals are saying NO, they cannot/will not correct by putting same product (no chip) on my pedi, that i would have to pay for it. They informed me he was not here and that i could come back tomorrow 10/11(we are leaving on vacation so will not be here)for him to address it. I asked if they could not simply call him to address it and was told no, they do not have his phn# or a way to get ahold of him.. How do you NOT have your boss’ phn # (especially being the manager) in the event of an emergency??I also asked if they could just refund me my $$ for my pedi(not the whole service) and was also told no. Not to mention that all the while the gal that did preform my pedi i felt was rushed, careless and not very detailed; i had wanted a deluxe pedi & was given a regular & did not pay great attention to detail as she was already polishing my nails and i had to point out to her that she had not completely cleaned off my legs. extremely frustrated with this business. I paid for a service that i was not 100% satisfied. Yes i DID leave her a 20% tip even though i was not happy with the service

I originally went here because I was given a gift card and needed my nails done for my wedding and let me say Van did an amazing job. She did exactly what I showed her a picture of and I love them so much. Can’t wait to go back!

Mani: asked for no chip polish just for splitting, weak (from previous no chip polish) nails, then regular polish to let nails get stronger again. No! Asked for hardener as base polish. No! Needles to say, the polish lasted less than 24 hours before chipping. Just lotion, no hand massage. Pedicure: no callus scrub, no massage. I wouldn’t go back there.

I picked out a color and when she painted one nail, I didn’t like it. I asked the lady if I could pick another color for my nails and she threw a fit. She threw the nail color samples at me and sat there bouncing her leg. I called and told the guy about it the next day and he did not care. He didn’t apologize for his staff and didn’t give me a refund or discount for next time. It’s sad that they are okay with bad customer service.

Asked for a pedi with no chip. Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Didn’t massage the legs. Didn’t really scrub my feet. Had to ask her 2x to clip off the remainder of nail she left hanging by over clipping the sides of my nails. My feet are so dry, I’m beyond upset I just wasted $50 Pedicure

I love this place! I’ve only gone for pedicures, but they do an amazing job!!! Exfoliate, massage, moisturize, and hot stone your calves, while your feet rest in a wax solution. Followed by a good cleaning and prep of the nail and a solid polish job. For SUCH a good price. Will only go here!
