I am not happy. They charged me $20 just to polish my 12 years old nails and toes with regular polish. I guess it’s my fault not inquiring. My daughter also said the nail tech got mad because there was nail glue on her finger nails. When i went to pay she was not very friendly I must say. The young gentleman was kind. At least my daughter is happy. We will not be returning and will tell my friends. Update: one of her nails has chipped less than 24 hrs later. Update: 48 hours later all of the nail polish had chipped. This place is horrible.

Many did a great job on my nails, and gave me a very relaxing foot and arm massage. There’s an autoclave in plain view and the tools came out of a surgical package, so I didn’t have any worries about cleanliness. Everyone is nice and it’s a very calm environment.

The service was wonderful! Kai did an amazing job on my nails and he made sure every nail looked even, and if it didn’t, he made sure it was! The staff is very friendly and work super hard I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking forward to manicures and pedicures❤️

This was my experience having a mani-pedi. At 60, why the heck not. The salon is large, beautiful and clean. Nancy was very sweet, professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Nova Nails.

I called to get it fixed and for you to charge me “$3” for ONE nail is absurd!! I brought you business and you charge for some bs like that? I will definitely stick with who I normally go to!
