I contacted a few places and decided to go with Radiant Skin Med Spa after I spoke with Kayla on the phone. Kayla has the best smile and has the bubbliest of personalities. She was the primary reason why I chose to go with RSMS because she was friendly and accommodating over the phone and felt like I was going to be taken cared of.On my first appointment, I met with licensed esthetician and owner of RSMS, Sarah, who suggested a treatment plan which involved a couple of facials prior to the micro-needling. I was hesitant that the facials wouldn’t make a difference (ie. money down the drain) but after the immediate result I got on my first facial with Lizeth, my perspective on my skin and the process changed. I didn’t realize how much my skin desperately needed *the right* facial—lactic acid is where it was at people! Sarah is smart and intuitive and her approach to skin and the micro-needling procedure was different from how I’ve been told or seen it done in the past.Lizeth is a great facialist. She has a calming aura which always puts me in a good headspace and gets me relaxed for my facial. The small touches of a heating pad by your feet and the head and shoulder massage was everything I want a facial to be. If you’re ever in for a facial, book it with Lizeth!Taking care of your skin is by no means cheap but RSMS never made me feel like a business trying to squeeze money from you, pushing products that don’t work, or services you didn’t need. Everything I’ve done with RSMS was money well spent.
