Worst salon I go to in my life! I was going to make municure and pedicure They start with pedicure i couldn’t see how they clean my feet they put the color and cover everything!! When i start with my hand they finish it in just like 5 minutes then they start coloring! I asked them to stop doing anything thing because I don’t want to complete the whole process ! They charge me 70 $ for only pedicure and the discusting cleaning nails ! I DONT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYBODY! This is how they clean the nails ! They just cover everything with color

I have been going to this place for at least 10 years. The customer treatment is excellent!I love Sandy and Winnie . They always take good care of me. Always willing to fix the boo- boos if I ruin my pedicure.

After having fake nails for 6 months, I needed to let these beef sticks breath for a little while. I went with a basic gel on my natural nails. The people that work there greeted us with a smile. Friendly vibes from the gate. Baby daddy and I each got pedi’s. He dropped a piece of concrete on his toe over a year ago and they were able to make it look like a real human toe again. My only comlaint is the AC would have been nice because I am 9 months pregnant, but 5 out of 5 just for the smiling faces and small chit chat. Oh, and the massage chairs were on point for the lower back.

LWorst nail salon I’ve even been to I wanted originally just clear nails with blood splatter and was told they couldn’t do it then I said okay can u do a web and then he starts doing a flower then gets someone else to do my nails and went to go work on someone else I waited 10 minutes until someone came to help me and then they argued with me about me wanting a spider and was told it’s to small i will never recommend anyone here worst place ever and isn’t worth it i will not be returning. And during all of this he took my water and threw it in the trash in front of me…

I hate to do this, but I feel it’s important for the community. I went in asking for a “Dipping” Manicure. The gentleman said they didn’t do dipping, but a gal ( in the empty salon) spoke up saying she did. They were extremely nice, but were NOT FAMILIAR with the full process. She did her best, but was unfamiliar with the smoothing process. My nails are “bumpy and gravel-like”, and I was charged $45 for this. Additionally, I left my nail tech a tip of $10. She tried so hard, and was so sweet! Also, she made two fingers bleed with the Dremel. I’ll have to pay another $40 to have it cleaned up.

I thought my feet got ugly after giving birth but Lana painted my toes so perfectly my feet hadn’t changed a bit they were just poor paint jobs I was receiving… I’m new to Colorado, I will continue to go back here… It’s a 40 min drive for me well worth it… Winnie the owner is so very friendly. Lovin’them! Sandy is spectacular and is an absolute artist and miracle worker with pedicures! She is extremely friendly and makes you feel very welcome. This will now be my monthly place for pedicures (I’m disabled, and have serious trouble reaching my feet). I truly appreciate that I wasn’t made to feel bad about how bad my feet had gotten lately (my back disability has progressively gotten worse and I’m looking at yet another surgery, so can’t care for my feet at the level I care to).

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this place because my regular nail tech was not available that day so I want to try this place I’ve never been here before and I can say I am highly highly disappointed I came in asking the girl for this pink and white/nude marble design and she told me from the jump that she would be able to do it she would just not have the square jewels that I wanted she just had the small rhinestones and I told her that was fine so she gets doing my nails and first off I have to correct her on the sheet three times and I didn’t wanna be rude about it but after the third time the guy who is doing my aunts nails had to come over and fix the shipping on my nails and then whenever she wants to do crystals on my nails she not only did random colors on a pink and white nail she also did flower jewels and teardrop shaped Jules and then when she was using the drill she went over my cuticle and I started bleeding she didn’t apologize didn’t anything she went into the back to go get the blue septic stuff put a little bit on my finger and kept going I thought everything was fine I get up to the register and mind you I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I wish Google would let me add a picture of what I wanted and a picture of what I got because I’m highly highly disappointed if I can get this play zero stars I would and I don’t like to run people down but especially with Winnie being the manager she shouldn’t have a greed to do nailsShe knew she was not capable of doing. I went to pay for mine my aunts nails my aunts nails were OK they were drawn on hearts black white and red nails for Valentine’s Day they length was not long it was the same length as your fingers and for both nails they charge us 12o each I paid for them because I did not want to be rude. I got home that night and one of my nails were already falling off so I had to go and take the rest of my nails off because they started popping off two of them popped off the same night I got home. I called Winnie today and I told her that I was not happy about my nails and she told me you liked them last night and I tried to explain to her I said I told you you needed to fix the shape and it looks nothing like the picture and she agreed for me to come in and get them taken off by her and that she would issue me a refund for my nails I look on my bank statement and for some reason I was charged 24 extra dollars I did not leave a tip and I told her I don’t know where this extra charge came from and she told me that my bank was lying I made an appointment for 3 o’clock to go get my nails taken off and she called me at 2o’clock and told me she was going to offer me a refund but I would be needing to go elsewhere to get my nails taken off. This salon is very close to my office and my go to for manicures and pedicures. I was reluctant to have gel nail polish as my experience with it has not been the best and prior technicians scraped my natural nail when removing the polish making my nails thin and brittle. Michelle applied the gel, but Winnie removed it when I had to have it redone 3 weeks later and she was gentle and did a great job. I again a fan of gel nail polish and it’s long lasting effect. Winnie, the owner also does 3-D and now the new 9-D nail applications. The staff converses with the customers and the atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend. Check them out!
