Had a lovely and relaxing afternoon with my 2 daughters at Nourish. We experienced Reflexology, Massage, infrared Sauna, a foot detox soak and best of all, the salt cave. Karen is a fantastic masseuse. Highly recommend, especially now that the weather is getting colder. It felt like a mini vacation. Turn your phone off and enjoy.

I went to Nourish for the first time as part of a bachelorette party. Linda was so helpful in planning our afternoon. We had the entire spa to ourselves shortly after we arrived and half of us went straight into private treatments (massages and facials) while the other half did the foot detox and then we switched. We ended all together with a session in the salt cave. Linda set up a space for us to gather and we were able to bring snacks and decorations. Our group loved Michelle for facials, Karen and Jane for massages and Linda for the foot detox. Overall, this was a great experience and I will be going back again soon.

These ladies are awesome ! Customer service is outstanding !!! I have been three times so far to get the lymphatic drainage massage with Karyn. I must say she is very knowledgeable and knows what’s best for my body. They even sell crystalsAnd sage which I am super into. Go book with them you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Super cozy, affordable spa offering many therapies right next to the Rochester Municipal Park! They have an Infared Sauna that helps me so much with sore muscles, stress, and vitamin D. I had a fantastic first experience at Nourish. From the moment I walked in to the when I left. It smelled great in there. Michelle was very professional and educated me on some things I can do about my dry face and scalp. For my first ever facial treatment it was very relaxing and they even have heated tables. What an tranquil experience. My husband and I were walking home in downtown Rochester and just stumbled upon Nourish Mind Body & Soul. The owner was absolutely charming! We ended up staying for a first time Salt Cave session. So relaxing that we signed up for another. Can’t wait to try the massages too!
